Returns & Exchanges

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Lashes, cosmetics, accessories, and bundles are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and product nature. For any concerns, contact us at Lovely.minxes1@gmail.com. 
  • Price Match Policy: We do not price match for prior purchases or during promotions. Thank you for your understanding. 

Damaged or Defective Product

  • Reporting Damages: Contact us within 3 months of receiving your order at Lovely.minxes1@gmail.com with your Order Number and a photo of the damaged/defective product. 
  • Refund/Replacement: Claims beyond 3 months may not be eligible. If deemed defective, you’ll receive a replacement or store credit in loyalty points. Allow up to 48 hours for approval. 
  • Products from Other Retailers: If bought elsewhere, attach your receipt for defective product claims. 

Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Order Editing: Orders cannot be modified due to warehouse processes. Cancellation requests will be considered, but not guaranteed. 
  • Cancellation Process: Email lovely.minxes1@gmail.com with your Order Number for cancellation. 

Refused or Returned Packages

Refund Deductions: Refused or Returned packages may incur shipping cost deductions from any eligible refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Address Correction: Email lovely.minxes1@gmail.com immediately with Order Number for address corrections. If processed, contact the carrier for changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Responsibility: Lovelyminx is not liable for lost or stolen products. Contact us with Order Number and Tracking for assistance. Replacement is at our discretion.
